The 8-step service plan
1. Sharpening the Idea
At this stage, we’ll critically analyze your idea and find ways of making it better while still keeping your goals in mind. We do this by conducting product research that reveals insights & data which we’ll then use in our analysis. We’ll produce a variety of concepts from which you can choose, depending on your goals. For example, the use of different materials to alter production cost, manufacturing methods, etc.
2. Design and Engineer
At this stage, we will implement all the knowledge and decisions that we’ve come up with in the previous step; designing all the different parts to manufacture; planting all electronics or purchased parts in the design, planning the assembly, ergonomics, and aesthetics.
3. Manufacture
This part is the first stage where we manufacture the new product and offer changes in cheap methods to get it in your hands as fast and easy as possible. We’ll help you till your product is working and providing the end service it was meant for.

4. Design Engineer and Prototype
This is the stage when we take in account the revision noted in the previous step and go ahead to produce the product as close as possible to the end product – the product will be great for presentations meeting to raise partners and funds.
5. Product Portfolio
This is when we produce a detailed recipe for starting the business and leading it to the right market in a reasonable judgment plan. It contains instructions regarding the manufacturing and marketing processes and helps chose a viable way and a short and easy one from all the endless options available.
6. Marketing Material
At this stage, we produce marketing materials that will serve you for the first steps 3D animations, renderings and assembly video that are great for raising partners on their own and can be used to make a great web or TV commercial for fund raising and others.

At this stage, we’ll produce a market product relation analysis using scientific methods predicting the size of the market and its optimistic and pessimistic acquirement over time; producing a clear reliable and reasoned prediction which is great for partner and fund raising.
